Hey, I'm Lou!

I’ve been leading worship for over 30 years in both full-band and smaller team settings, and have had the privilege of working alongside many worship leaders during that time.

My experience has included everything from building song lists and running rehearsals, to introducing new songs, prophetic and spontaneous songs, flowing in the Spirit, and navigating team and leadership dynamics.

At the heart of it all is a passion to see congregations released into the songs God has given them — and for worship leaders and teams to lead with confidence, unity, and sensitivity to the Spirit as they help people encounter Him.
