FREE LIVE MASTERCLASS

Shepherding the Room

Leading worship is about so much more than leading songs. In this free live masterclass, I will share three keys to help you shepherd the room with confidence, so the people you lead don’t just sing, they meet with God.

Who's This Perfect For

worship leaders who lead songs well, but sense God is inviting you into something deeper when His people gather.

Worship leaders who are unsure about what to say between songs, or how to encourage your congregation without saying too much or too little

worship leaders who have looked out, the room felt flat you're not sure what to do next..

worship leaders who lack confidence in understanding what God is doing and following the spirit and leading the room

Hey, I'm Lou!

I’ve been leading worship for over 30 years in both full-band and smaller team settings, and have had the privilege of working alongside many worship leaders during that time.

My experience has included everything from building song lists and running rehearsals, to introducing new songs, prophetic and spontaneous songs, flowing in the Spirit, and navigating team and leadership dynamics.

At the heart of it all is a passion to see congregations released into the songs God has given them — and for worship leaders and teams to lead with confidence, unity, and sensitivity to the Spirit as they help people encounter Him.
